Upon closer inspection of this new taxonomy module it was found that the information that the EBA wanted to collect was almost identical to the information that the FCA already collects via the REP017 data items (REP017, REP017a, REP017b), which were previously introduced to FCA reporting requirements under the second Payments Services Directive. In the 2.10 taxonomy, this new module is called PAY.
